She has a BA Hons in Contemporary Dance, a Diploma in Pilates Movement Therapy, a Diploma in Pilates Instruction, Cert IV in Training and Assessment and has Teacher Training Certificates in Forrest Yoga, Baptiste Power Yoga and BodyMindLife Vinyasa Yoga.
