This is the youtube channel from Takemusu Aikido Kyokai Netherlands (TAKN). We are affiliated with the Takemusu Aikido Kyokai (TAK) which is a preservation society, affiliated to Aikikai Foundation, with the objective of protecting, preserving and teaching the Traditional Aikido of the Founder O-Sensei Morihei Ueshiba as he taught in Iwama. Technical leadership of TAKN is in the hands of Lewis Bernaldo de Quiros (rokudan), long time student and uchi-deshi of Morihiro Saito sensei. TAKN has dojo's in Naarden, Zutphen, Sneek, Amsterdam, Alkmaar and Den Haag. We try to regularly upload footage from seminars and demo's, and we will continue to upload instructional video's by our senior instructors showing basic tai-jutsu and basic weapons (both jo and bokken).
