We will bring Zen teachings from the Zen schools Soto (Caodong) and Rinzai (Linji). We believe that we can learn from these two schools of Zen. As we believe in a healthy life style we promote vegetarianism. The unity between Zen Buddhism and martials art is very important to us. We are also inspirited by the Shaolin Monks from the Southern Shaolin Monastery and their unique combination of Zen and martial arts.
