Have you ever entered a restaurant claiming that their food is 'authentic'? Do you think that every dish is overpriced? You ordered a lot of dishes but don't feel full? Wassup, I'm Tomo (my full name is Tomohisa Yamamoto but whatever) a 15 years old Japanese/Taiwanese kid living in London, interested in cooking authentic Japanese + Chinese + Taiwanese dishes. Ever since I moved to London and went to what is so called, Japanese and Chinese restaurants, I find every dish wrong, overpriced, unappetizing, and unpalatable (don't get me wrong - there are a few actually good, authentic Japanese/Chinese restaurants in London). But because I want everyone to taste and fall in love with real Japanese + Chinese + Taiwanese food, I'm going to be teaching you guys where to get the ingredients, and how to cook Japanese + Chinese + Taiwanese dishes :D I'm also interested in other Eastern cuisine and Western cuisine so I'll also make videos and upload them.
