Every step along the way to where I am today, completely head over heels for Fitness! From playing sports growing up, to my first season as a Tennis Coach; becoming a certified personal trainer, to competing in two NPC bikini shows - this isn't my hobby, this is my life! Why did I start this channel? My initial thought was simple: if this is what I love, and if motivating others feels so rewarding, how can I do MORE? I want to help others find their passion within the broad umbrella of fitness, I want to share my creativity when it comes to exercises and workouts, and I want to share the knowledge I've gained over the years on exercise form, common obstacles in getting fit, and a balanced lifestyle. Many of us share the common goals of being HEALTHY and being STRONG -- we can learn from each other, celebrate together, and journey together as we work towards our best bodies.
