Hello my beautiful yoga friends, thank you for joining my online yoga community! My channel features shorter as well as full length yoga classes (30 - 90 minutes). I´m teaching a variety of styles. My favourite one being Yin&Yang; the Yang part being more active, the Yin part being more passive with longer held postures. I also love teaching Vinyasa/Hatha Flow classes in which I´m emphasising connecting dynamic yet slow and deliberate movements with the breath. You will also find Yin classes sometimes even with music. Classes are suitable for all levels (unless noted otherwise), variations are given. Join me on the mat.
