Food has always been my passion and I love cooking. I want to share with you my passion for food and the recipes I have learned over the 20 something years. I have travelled all over China and learned so many different styles of cooking. I also like to create new tastes by combining Western ingredients and cooking styles with the Chinese ingredients and styles that I grew up with. I love trying something new and sharing my recipes and ideas with everyone. In my cooking channel you not only learn about Chinese food and recipes, but I also teach you the Chinese name of every dish I make. This way you can be introduced to and maybe even try ordering some of these authentic dishes at Chinese restaurants.
