Performance Training Centre opened on January 8, 2008. No fluff, no bullshit, just hard work. PTC is located in Carrum Downs, Victoria, Australia. We also have branches in Brisbane, Sydney, Gold Coast and Perth. Owner and operator Markos Markopoulos has over 30 years experience training clients to get Stronger. We have built the best powerlifting gym we can, all the best equipment from all over the World, including USA, Sweden and Finland. We currently have 4 Monolifts, 4 Forza benches, 4 Deadlift platforms, Eleiko and Ivanko plates (2000kg), Eleiko bars, 4 x 35mm squat bars and 4 deadlift bars. We also have a host of specialist bars from Elite FTS, plus a couple of reverse hypers from Westside. This is just in our powerlifting section. The rest of the gym is just as impressive, located 25 minutes from Melbourne. We host around 12 powerlifting meets a year inside the gym. It is 550sqm.
