Hi, I’m Miriam Sorrell from Mouthwatering Vegan (winner 2012 UK Vegan Awards). My main mission has always been to create the most delicious vegan recipes on the planet, and I’m thrilled to be able to share some of these with you on YouTube. I have authored 3 books so far - ‘Mouthwatering Vegan’ (Random House Canada, endorsed by Sir Paul McCartney, PETA President Ingrid Newkirk & actor Martin Shaw), ‘Yasou’, and ‘The Spice Maniac’, with incredible recipes full of spice, colour and feast for the soul. I was honoured earlier this year to have 25 copies of Mouthwatering Vegan presented to senior members of US Congress in Washington DC by PETA. I am a prolific creator of recipes and an innovator striving to raise the benchmark in vegan cuisine.
