Hi! We are Greg and Georgia, an early 50's couple in the northeast US. Join us at Full of Beans where we we share tips, recipes, encouragement, and discussions about the vegan lifestyle. This is for the new vegan, the vegan-curious, people who are interested in improving their health, and people who are troubled by industrial animal agriculture and want to make a change. Our focus is on healthy eating and we generally follow the 80/10/10, high carb/low fat guidelines (and then sometimes we don't - but it's ALWAYS no animals or animal products because compassion for animals is essential for us).
