It was founded in 2021 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and its aim is to promote the culture, traditions, and values of Angola, while also supporting the integration and well-being of Angolans in Canada. The ACC provides a range of services to its members, including settlement and integration support, language and skills training, cultural events and activities, and networking opportunities. It also works closely with other community organizations and government agencies to advocate for the needs and interests of the Angolan community.
