Welcome to Just Dance UK, the dance company that promotes and inspires exercise through dance, regardless of age or ability. Just Dance provides regular zumba®, street dance, hip hop, lyrical and commercial jazz dance classes for adults. We currently have zumba classes in East Dulwich, Forest Hill, Crystal Palace and Sydenham as well as Dance and Tone & Stretch classes in Forest Hill. All of our classes remain open to anyone who has ever wanted to learn how to dance in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Arben is extensively trained in HipHop, House, Locking, Popping and Break Dance. In addition to this versatile portfolio he is also trained in Afrobeats, African Traditional dances and Contemporary.

I'm Gemma. I started doing adult ballet in October 2015 (having danced as a child and taken more than 8 years off) and have become a bit obsessed. I now take ballet classes 6 times a week and am considering becoming a qualified ballet teacher. I've been on pointe for over 3 years, passed 2 exams, performed in 7 shows, danced with Wayne Sleep, attended 2 summer schools, a ballet retreat in Morocco and countless workshops and have danced at Elmhurst, Birmingham Royal Ballet and the RAD headquarters. I hope my videos will show there are plenty of opportunities for adults to dance regardless of their ability or previous experience. In addition to ballet, I've also tried out contemporary, modern, jazz and tap classes. COVID and a major hip injury have put a major dent in my ballet plans over the past 12 months and for the foreseeable future but that won't stop me dancing as often as I can. This channel showcases some of the best inclusive dance and contemporary dance films made with or by disabled dancers and creatives. We also have a free-to-view inclusive contemporary dance class series called Home Practice and various tips and insights for making dance inclusive.
